Minor variations in color, dimensions, or appearance may occur.<\/p>\n<p>Obvious errors in prices, images, or text are not binding on Hisstory Antiques.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 5 \u2013 Formation of the Agreement<\/h2>\n<p>A contract is formed as soon as:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>the customer places an order;<\/li>\n<li>the payment has been successfully processed;<\/li>\n<li>Hisstory Antiques has confirmed the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 6 \u2013 Prices<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are displayed in euros.<\/p>\n<p>For customers within the European Union, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs are listed separately before the order is finalized.<\/p>\n<p>Obvious pricing errors do not entitle the customer to receive delivery at an incorrect price.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 7 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment must be made in full in advance using the available payment methods.<\/p>\n<p>If a payment is reversed or declined, Hisstory Antiques has the right to terminate the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Until full payment has been made, Hisstory Antiques retains ownership of the delivered goods.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 8 \u2013 Retention of Title<\/h2>\n<p>All goods delivered remain the property of Hisstory Antiques until the customer has fully met all payment obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Until ownership has been transferred, the customer may not pledge, sell, or otherwise encumber the goods.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 9 \u2013 Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques will carefully package and ship orders.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery times are approximate and are not binding.<\/p>\n<p>Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle one to compensation.<\/p>\n<p>If a package arrives damaged, the customer should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>keep the packaging;<\/li>\n<li>to take clear photos;<\/li>\n<li>to contact within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 10 \u2013 International shipping<\/h2>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques ships worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply.<\/p>\n<p>These costs are entirely at the buyer's expense.<\/p>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 11 \u2013 Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>For consumers within the European Union, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies after receipt of the product.<\/p>\n<p>Within this period, the consumer may dissolve the agreement without stating reasons.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer must make their withdrawal known in writing or by e-mail via:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:info@hisstoryantiques.nl\">info@hisstoryantiques.nl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following this notification, the consumer still has 14 days to return the product.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 12 \u2013 Return Policy<\/h2>\n<p>During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product with care.<\/p>\n<p>The product may only be unpacked and inspected to the extent that would reasonably be possible in a physical store.<\/p>\n<p>Returns must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be carefully packaged;<\/li>\n<li>to be complete;<\/li>\n<li>if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is sent securely.<\/p>\n<p>The risk of loss or damage during return shipping rests with the customer until the product is received by Hisstory Antiques.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 13 \u2013 Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<p>The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Given the fragility of antique items, Hisstory Antiques recommends contacting them in advance for appropriate shipping instructions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 14 \u2013 Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once we receive the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques may delay the refund until:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the item has been received; or<\/li>\n<li>Proof of return shipment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the order.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 15 \u2013 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal can be excluded for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>custom-made items;<\/li>\n<li>custom products;<\/li>\n<li>products that have been customized at the customer&#x27;s request;<\/li>\n<li>other legally excluded products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If applicable, this will be noted in advance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 16 \u2013 Warranty and conformity<\/h2>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques guarantees that its products comply with the terms of the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>For antique and vintage items, the following are taken into account:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>old age;<\/li>\n<li>restorations;<\/li>\n<li>signs of wear;<\/li>\n<li>material aging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Normal characteristics of antique objects are not considered defects.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 17 \u2013 Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Complaints should be reported as soon as possible after discovery via:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:info@hisstoryantiques.nl\">info@hisstoryantiques.nl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hisstory Antiques strives to provide a substantive response to complaints within 14 days.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Article 18 \u2013 Liability<\/h2>\n<p>History Antiques&#x27;
