At Hisstory Antiques, we strive for satisfied customers. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Return policy

• The product must be handled with care.
• The product must be returned complete.
• If reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.
• Antique, vintage and used items may show normal signs of wear and age. These characteristics do not constitute a reason for a complaint or return due to a defect.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the fragility of antique objects, we advise you to contact us in advance for instructions on safe return shipping.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest via the same payment method used for the original payment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have demonstrated that the product has been shipped.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered items

If an item has arrived damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@hisstoryantiques.nl and, if possible, include photos of the damage.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products specially adapted or customized for the customer.
• Articles for which the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
